Our Directors Darlington Hypnotherapy Associates was founded by Bill Cunningham & Alice Potter to offer a higher standard of hypnotherapy services in Darlington and the Tees Valley, North Yorkshire and County Durham.
Bill is an experienced hypnotherapist and stress manager practising from offices in the Imperial Business Centre on Grange Road, Darlington. He is also a qualified trainer in Mental Health First Aid , a programme offered by the National Institute for Mental Health in England and the Care Services Improvement Partnership , both of which are arms of the Department of Health. Bill specialises in helping people stop smoking , relieve their stress and understand the processes that they might be experiencing in terms of anxiety and depression. He is able to offer bespoke self hypnosis CDs and a specialist digital recording service for fellow therapists.
Alice is an experienced hypnotherapist, working in Darlington. She is a Member of the Association for Professional Hypnosis and Psychotherapy and a member of The Hypnotherapy Society . She is married with six children – all but one now adult!- and works from a home office. She is qualified and experienced in all aspects of hypnotherapy and has a special interest in Past Life Regression Therapy and Analytical work, as well as working with Weight issues. She can also offer Thought Field Therapy as an alternative therapy, or as an addition to hypnotherapy. Alice holds a certificate in Mental Health First Aid.
